About Us

Laura and Michael
Originally from the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York, Laura moved to Chicago in 2006 to pursue her PhD. Having obtained this goal, Laura now works on the South Side in the Hyde Park neighborhood. A lifelong suburbanite (save for four years of college) Michael finally achieved one of his long-running goals of taking up residence in the City of Big Shoulders in May 2012. He currently enjoys his employment in the Western suburbs, even when it takes him an hour and forty minutes to get there. Laura and Michael are currently residing in the West Loop Gate neighborhood.
